From the time of arrival to the purchase of my new car Barbara was incredible! She had the cars ready for test drives and once one was selected she made sure all was taken care of before leaving the lot in my new Niro!!
Clean and looks nice. However it took almost 4 hours to complete a lease conversion, too slow. Agent was helpful but too busy juggling her other customers at the same time resulting from double the time I have to sit patiently. Need to be more focused.

Friendly staff. Listens to the needs of the customer. Uses the best engagement techniques. The staff works as a team. I had just left a Honda dealership because of the attitude they showed! So glad I proceeded to Towbin KIA The two salesmen Warren and Paul and Desi sold me on their dealership. Paul stands out as a super as a young salesman. I have been a loyal Toyota customer but I know I will always consider Towbin KIA first unless they would ever lower their standard. One last comment, my Finance man from Texas added the frosting to the cake for an overall Great Experience at Towbin KIA !!!
Great experience. Aaron and Warren did an incredible job helping us out. Even though we didn’t get the exact vehicle we wanted. They both did their best to ensure that we were taken care of and happy.
I would not recommend this place, unless Warren was the one helping you.I had two different salesmen and Warren was the second one to help me, after my car came in and I was able to actually posses it. My initial experience with this place was that they took advantage of me (when I say they, I mean the financing people). They added stuff on and hid fees. Very pushy with add ons and packages.They tack on GPS, red light alert and poly steel which comes to $2000. They say this is required and comes on all their cars regardless. Then you have GAP insurance which is another $700. Then they charge you a car shortage fee of $2000 then your sales tax. All in all you end up spending about $5000-$6000 more than what you go in thinking. Avoid this place like the plague. Once I actually received the car, Warren helped me out and was very professional and courteous. He walked me through on how to work everything in the car and made sure I was happy before I left. He will be the only person I come back to and get help from. If I was to buy from this place again, Warren would be the only person I'd work with.

Nice and polite, however, misrepresented my previous car end of lease. Took both keys from my previously leased car, said Towbin Kia Henderson would pay my final lease payment and take care of my lease return. They did pay my last lease payment yet kept my car. When I was contacted by my previous finance company of the situation, I contacted Towbin Kia Henderson, only to be told the keys are lost. Towbin Kia Henderson assured me they would order replacement keys so I could get my car off their lot as they said this is their fault, they would pay for new keys. Towbin Kia Henderson, then did absolutely nothing to remedy their fault. Kept telling me the keys are on their way, the keys are being "programmed," keys will be ready one day, then the next day, then the next day, they FedEx truck is delayed. After 6 days of this, I ordered a key, received it the next day and went to get my car. Towbin Kia Henderson did nothing they said they would, still never received keys, cost me a lot of money. Towbin Kia Henderson said they will reimburse me the expense of the lost 2 keys, yet to be seen.

My husband and I were looking for a replacement for my Lexus SUV GX470, and researched that the Kia Telluride EX was rated high across quite a few auto magazines. I called Towbin Kia in Henderson to schedule a time to come in and see the vehicle and to do a test drive. To my amazement, a outgoing young woman, Allison answered the telephone. I mentioned what I was looking for and would like a recommendation of a qualified salesperson who knew the vehicle. Allison made arrangements for us. When we arrived for our scheduled time, she made an effort to come and say Hi and to make sure that we were being taken care of. During the entire time over the next two days of waiting for our vehicle that was being brought into the dealership, Allison reached out to us to keep us updated on the vehicle. She was not our salesperson but she makes a great Ambassador for Towbin Kia. After the first day we had the car, she called and asked are we enjoying the vehicle. Every business needs a person like Allison that sets a high standard for customer hospitality and service to their customers. We chose buying at Towbin Kia because of our first impression that she gave to us. Mike, Mark and Dezi made our purchase of our new 2021 Telleride EX a great experience.
