I set appt for appraisal and it was a complete cluster w Justin. I never did get price was there two hours never was shown car I wanted never was called back as promised. Left messages for lucky and tee after justin left tee finally called back set appt he never worked w me paperwork wasn’t ready he wasn’t there and car wasn’t either! Waited an 1.5 hours and Arron pieced it all together. Car buying is exciting this is a big purchase yet I was reduced to tears. If I hadn’t gotten so far in the process I’d have left and bought elsewhere!
As always I got a great deal. I’ve purchased a few cars threw Towbin Dodge and two from Towbin KIA. The salesman Lamont “Luck” was very helpful and help knowledgeable.
Shopping at Towbin Kia was a great experience. The salesman helped me find the best vehicle suited for my needs. His knowledge and great customer service skills were very much appreciated. After the purchase we came back to meet with Dezy, who described all the features for us. She had us download the UVO app and helped us set up our phone so we can start the car from our phone, lock and unlock the car as well. She helped us pair our phones and set up Bluetooth. Explained all the bells and whistles and even invited us back for a second appointment once we get to know the vehicle better. Her knowledge of all the features is incredible. We really appreciated all the help she gave us. She was so kind and very knowledgeable.
Excellent customer service! Entire purchase took less than 3 hours, although we couldn’t take new car with us that day. They didn’t have anybody there to detail car at 6pm.

I met with Johann in early October to look at Niro's and informed him I would be back to purchase at a later date. I appreciated his patience and the fact that he did not hound me with calls to pressure me to purchase sooner. When my husband and I returned yesterday we met with Johann, test driving and looking at several different models and settling on the Seltos SX. He got me the vehicle I wanted at the rate I wanted without giving me any runaround that sales people usually use. His patience, kindness, and professional attitude is what got him the sale and my mother (who assisted me as well) will be returning to him to purchase a vehicle in the near future. Johann is a gem and deserves all of the positive praises and awards. Give this man a raise!
After finally deciding on a vehicle. The process of things was very quick after that. Both Rameen and Mark were very friendly and made me feel comfortable and I like that Rameen explained how to use the car system and all the buttons which is all very new to me because the car I was driving was a 2013.

Very polite and courteous people, huge selection of vehicles, very clean and nice facility. I am a little disappointed that they do not have a body shop as I got rear-ended the first week I owned the new car. Service center wanted to offer me a courtesy Car Wash but they apparently don't have a car wash. The only time I take a vehicle to any dealership is for warranty work or recalls.

Even though I gave 3 stars (I wanted to give 4) I would still recommend this dealership. Prior to driving the car off the lot most interactions were great, especially the gentleman who explained the after car care to me. (wish I knew his name, he was amazing and thorough) I came to take the car for a test drive on a Friday and when Bailey opened the doors for us, the back handle fell off the car. We let him know that we would be back on Monday to purchase the car. We came on Monday, purchased the car and left. (Assuming this was taken care off) Once I was in the car, all the lights on the dashboard were lit up and the tire pressure was low on all tires. I was too tired to turn around and frustrated because we were told that the car was in the automotive department getting checked thoroughly before bringing this around for us. If it was being checked thouroughly, why didn't they notice this?? Then when I got home, I was showing my son my car and as he went to open the back door, the whole handle came off! (Apparently that was not fixed even though we said when we were coming to purchase the car) I am not sure why this was overlooked but it was frustrating to say the least. So now, I make an appointment with the kia automotive department to fix these things that should have been fixed. Took time off work in the morning, made sure I had a ride picking me up and took the car in to kia. The part was not there for the handle, so they were unable to fix it... okay, even though we spoke on the phone and told them what we were coming in for (I can understand things happen sometimes and left) They told me to come back in the AM because the part was being overnighted. So, I make accomodations again for time off work and a ride to puck me up. When I get there in the morning, still no part... why didn't they call or let me know? This was a huge inconvenience agian... So, now that I know how this works, I made sure to call before I brought my car down for the 3rd time. When I asked to speak with a manager on the third day, he told me he wasn't sure if the part was in because they had only been open for 7 minutes...Okay... can I hold maybe while you check before I drive down for a 3rd time? I don't think that this was handled properly, professionally or in a timely matter. Because of that, I am only giving Kia 3 stars. If it was based on buying the car alone, I would have probably given 4 or 5 stars. The end result is, this makes me fear my interactions in the future with the automotive dept.

They simply said "Sign here". They were anxious to slap on whatever they could and no turning back. Service department: Ed Rocawich-excellent. Patient and most helpful. I've been dealing with him for almost 10 years. This purchase was my third Kia; I probably will not buy at this dealership again.

Everyone was very helpful the sales manager and the sales person going over the car with were very professional and no everything about the vehicle. They detailed it and cleaned it before delivering it to me and another gentleman spent 35 minutes syncing my phone going through all the phones inside the vehicle

On 8/26/20 I bought a pre-owned certified car from Warren, but it had a really bad smell. I made several trips to Kia to tried to get rid of the smell. I made an appointment through Freddie to get my seats shampoo but no when I got there no one knew about this appointment this was on 9/3/20 binging of Labor Day Sale big events. I met Evan who was a nice guy and talked me into getting a new car. So they bought back the smelly car and of course I lost money on that deal which was ok. But I didn't get any of the perks for this big sale. They were giving away TV's, PlayStation, discounts, 0% Apr. (which I didn't even get and I an 823 credit score) and paid registration. paid registration was the only thing I got besides a Higher car not and an Extended year paying on it. Tom did call me but I was at work, he wrote me an email saying he would really like to talk to me about this deal. I reply with my hours but never heard back from him. The discounts were really big, big enough that I am making a big deal about it. If it was 1 or 2K no big deal but when I went home that day at looked at the prices online it was $5,000 and I am just a waitress and a single mom of 3. And I thank Kia for teaching me a new lesson about life.

My husband and I were looking for a replacement for my Lexus SUV GX470, and researched that the Kia Telluride EX was rated high across quite a few auto magazines. I mentioned what I was looking for and would like a recommendation of a qualified salesperson who knew the vehicle. Allison made arrangements for us. When we arrived for our scheduled time, she made an effort to come and say Hi and to make sure that we were being taken care of. During the entire time over the next two days of waiting for our vehicle that was being brought into the dealership, Allison reached out to us to keep us updated on the vehicle. She was not our salesperson but she makes a great Ambassador for Towbin Kia. After the first day we had the car, she called and asked are we enjoying the vehicle. Every business needs a person like Allison that sets a high standard for customer hospitality and service to their customers.
