I was in the market for a new Kia so I turned to Ed & Joe in the service dept. at the valley auto mall on Gibson Rd. for advice. Both of them have been so cordial, helpful & honest with us for the 6 yrs. we owned our soul that we thought we'd ask who they would use & recommend as an honest salesperson. Joe was busy so Ed walked me over & introduced me to T & Warren. That certainly was a great choice. Very happy with both of them. I feel they both worked with me & gave me the best deal possible according to my circumstances. Dezy was also so sweet. She actually called me as I was filling this out. She answered all the questions I had. I always feel very comfortable when going in for service.
I originally went online to apply for financing when within 10 minutes Kendale called me with a follow up call.... Made arrangements to finally get down there but Kendal was extremely busy with several customers so he asked Warren if he would help me out. Warren was so efficient I had test driven 2 vehicles & narrowed my selection down to the 3 best for me...... We went inside, finished the credit application & within 20 to 30 minutes rang the big GONG that they have for when someone's purchase is approved...... Great experience...... THANKS WARREN!!!
Everyone from Evan, Allison, Nick, Carlos and the lady who reviewed my features, her name escapes me, was Fantastic! I showed Nick what I wanted to pay and he made it happen, Evan negotiated my rates, payments and vehicle beautifully. I feel I got a good deal and great service!
Classic bait and switch. The car had an internet price but did not include other features pre-installed. VERY misleading advertising. I will not purchase again through a dealership that uses such tactics. I cannot trust it. If it wasn't for the salesman who genuinely worked with me to get to the correct price I would have walked out.

This dealership is hands down the best Kia dealership I have been to. One of the downfalls of a dealership is being sold things you don’t want. From the time I arrived Steven was great in taking some time out to listen to what I was looking for in a car. The process was very simple and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Dezy was amazing in taking some time out to make sure I felt comfortable with all of the features of the new car before I drove off. 5 stars is not high enough for this dealership. I would recommend the Towbin Kia off of Gibson road to everyone.
Joe DeFalco is the person to see in service. He's the only guy there that will answer all your questions & give you the correct answer!

I shopped for a new car for several years and kept coming back to Towbin Kia. I previously owned a Kia Sportage that had over a hundred thousand miles. It required very little maintenance. I decided on getting a new 2020 Kia Sportage, and it is great. Very pleased with my purchase, and the staff I delt with at Towbin Kia were all great and very helpful.

They are better than the other dealer that I’m dealing with I’m thinking about trading my car in for another Kia I have a Chrysler 300 S that I got from Auto national Bad customer service but Kia has great customer service
Loved our salesperson AJ, however when it came to pulling together final paperwork on financing, it took 2 hours, and it's not that they were busy.
