As usual, the service I needed,tire alignment and oil change, was completed in a timely matter. Everyone was so kind and courteous. After discussing what was done with the service advisor, I paid and went happily to a car they had also been washed. I am very happy and satisfied with Tobin Kia’s service.

I came in this week for my Niro’s 7500 mile service, I had been dreading this because of the horrible experiences I’ve had in the past dealing with Toyota (back when I had my Prius). Even though the service center was completely slammed that day, your staff was professional and incredibly kind to me. They even kept me updated while I waited! I brought my 2014 Optima in for service and while I waited I decided to see what kind of deal I could get on a newer car. The salesman Sydney did such a good job putting together a deal on a nice new Forte that I couldn’t pass it up.
I work the grave yard shift and shortly after I arrived for my 10:45 am appointment. I was greeted with a smile the gentleman that helped me was the BEST customer service I have ever had. From the beginning to the end.

Don't think that by making an appointment that means that Towbin Kia will respect your time. I made an appointment for 7:15 for an oil change. It should have taken 20 to 30 minutes, however it took an hour and a half. The service manager claimed it normally takes 90 minutes to do an oil change. Maybe they need new service techs.
Ed is always great, i usually don’t take my vehicle to dealerships until I met Ed. He always gets me in and is always honest and fair.

My Sedona had an AEB warning light on for a couple years that prevented me from being able to use the cruise control, I called as soon as it appear and was told it would cost me over $1200 to fix, I knew it was something I didn't cause and had to be covered under the warranty. No one helped me until today, I want to thank Bobby for looking into it, my van will finally get repaired under Kia's warranty.
It was a little wait but didn’t mind. A very nice and clean waiting room. My agent let me know how my car was doing along.
The work was promised @90 minutes. I waited in the showroom for @150 minutes. I understand that “things come up”, causing delays. However, I should have been kept informed.about the delay(s). I felt rather Neglected. Ed (not originally my contact person) came to my rescue.

The sales staff was EXCELLENT. Rameen was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, as was Aaron. The dealership was neat, clean, and somewhat well organized. The reason for being just 'somewhat organized' is that when I drove 80 miles over to see the Kia Soul, #783915, found out the photo on the internet was for a different more expensive model......and understand mistakes can be made. The real issue I have with the Western Dealerships, Towbin included (A West Coast Thing I guess), is all the ridiculous priced 'Dealer Options' added to the vehicles which I did not need, or want, and had to ...

Nice people as all car sales associates generally are. Clean facilities. Not too pressing with getting deals on but the thirst is definitely still there. Not that it's a bad thing. To make money you gotta sell. Ultimately a nice time and ending up with a great vehicle.
