They did a great job on my brakes, and the price was better than I thought it would be. They got me in same day, but told me up front it wouldn’t be ready until the next day because it was a same day early morning drop off. It was ready the next day a little after 12pm, which was perfect.

The service was great but the wait area was 82 degrees inside and everybody waiting was visibly sweating. The AC turned on for a moment but not nearly enough for a comfortable waiting experience

The Service Department is top notch! Peter, the Service Department manager went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help. I had purchased a new 2022 Kia Carnival in April and I did not even get to drive it for a week before there was a recall for it for a faulty fuel rail. I was there because received a safety recall regarding my Kia Soul. The service representative said that there was a test that determined if the recall applied to my car. The test was made while I waited, which was a short amount of time. He came to tell me that the test showed my care was fine (otherwise the engine would have to be replaced.) I thanked him and left.
Ed and his associates are awesome. They were able to fit me in and get all of the issues I was having resolved. I finally have cold A/C again which is a must in this Vegas heat, especially when you have a young child.
In a word Joe was awesome in the service department. He exceeded my expectations at every turn! I was very pleased with service department in having a recall resolved.
Any issues I have had with my car they fix at this dealership until they get it right. Peter is the Service Department Manager and he seems to really take care of the dealerships’s customers.
